KeyBridge Honored as 2016 insideARM Best Places to Work

KeyBridge Medical Revenue Care is proud to announce it was recently selected as one of the Best Places to Work in Collections for 2016.  This is the seventh time KeyBridge has earned this prestigious award; twice being ranked #1 in the nation. “We’re honored to be recognized with this hard-earned distinction for a seventh time,” said Scott Koenig, KeyBridge president. “At KeyBridge, corporate culture is very important.  We strive to keep our talented staff happy by creating a supportive environment for our employees to live and grow. This honor validates our continuous work towards achieving our corporate vision: to be the industry leader in the satisfaction of employees, clients and patients.” At KeyBridge, the growth and happiness of its employees is a main priority. The company strives to create a family-focused environment, where employees feel both valued and motivated.  Employee enjoy a first-rate office facility that includes a fitness room and perks ranging from 401K with company match to fresh fruit and vegetable snacks. There are several company gatherings, picnics and parties offered throughout the year to encourage camaraderie. Now in its 9th year, the program was established by insideARM, the leading independent news and information provider for the collections industry, and is administered by Best Companies Group, which conducts over 40 local, national and industry “Best Places” programs each year. This survey and award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in the collections industry. This year, 36 companies met the standard to be selected.  See the complete list here. Companies from across the U.S. entered the rigorous two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Collections. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings. Stephanie Eidelman, CEO of insideARM, said “This has been a terrific program for the industry over the past nine years. It’s so important to celebrate what’s positive and acknowledge that – just like any other industry - collections is comprised of human beings who value connection, opportunity for advancement, healthy company culture, and a good relationship with their supervisor. Getting this right can help make the difference between high and low turnover, which is so critical to the success of any call center.” For more information on the Best Places to Work in Collections program, visit
