KeyBridge: A “Best Place to Work”

KeyBridge Medical Revenue Management was recently selected as one of Modern Healthcare’s “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” for 2012. Last year, KeyBridge was recognized on the insideARM 2011 “Best Places to Work in Collections” list for small companies (15-74 employees) for the second time in four years, and is the only medical revenue collections company in Ohio to be recognized as a “Best Place to Work.”
Being part of the list of “Best Places to Work” is a prestigious honor. Best Places to Work in Collections is a two-part survey program with specific eligibility requirements. First, employers provide information on workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. Then, employees complete a survey that measures the employee experience.
How does KeyBridge continue to be named as a “best place to work” by national organizations? Scott Koenig, company president, shares that “Obtaining feedback from our employees through this process is a great step toward creating and retaining an engaged workforce and accomplishing our Vision: ‘To be the industry leader in the satisfaction of employees, clients and patients.’”
