Eligibility
This program is intended for individuals who have provided a mobile telephone number to the creditor or
to KeyBridge in connection with the servicing or collection of an account. Standard messaging channels
may not be available on all carriers or in all geographic areas.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS or text messages from KeyBridge at any time by replying STOP to any
message. After you reply STOP, you will no longer receive text messages from KeyBridge related to your
account.
