Program Description
The KeyBridge Revenue Medical Care SMS and Text Messaging Program (“Program”) provides
account-related communications to consumers regarding accounts placed with KeyBridge for servicing
and/or collection. Messages may include account notifications, payment reminders, balance information,
follow-up communications, and other messages related to the servicing or collection of your account.
KeyBridge is a debt collector. Communications sent through this Program are for servicing and collection
purposes only and are not marketing or promotional in nature.
Eligibility and Consent
The Program is available to consumers who have provided a mobile telephone number to the creditor or
KeyBridge at any time in connection with their account.
By providing a mobile telephone number in connection with an account, you provide prior express consent
to receive SMS and text message communications from the creditor and KeyBridge regarding that
account. You may opt-out at any time (see Opt-Out section below).
Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary depending on account activity, communication needs, and consumer
interaction.
Cost and Charges
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees or charges assessed by your mobile
carrier in connection with receiving text messages.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from KeyBridge at any time by replying STOP to any
message. After you reply STOP, you will no longer receive text messages from KeyBridge regarding your
account.
