Brian received an enthusiastic response when he shared KeyBridge’s expertise on “Patient Satisfaction within the Revenue Cycle” at the Ohio Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (OAASC) Conference in September 2015.

Everyone left understanding the importance the revenue cycle plays in the overall patient experience, the financial risk/reward of patient satisfaction and an easy to-do list of changes to make within their own revenue cycle.
