We began in 1981, when Scott’s father, Ned Koenig, formed General Audit Corporation due to a need he saw for a change in business philosophy. Mr. (Ned) Koenig felt very strongly that consumers deserved to be treated with dignity and respect in the collections process. That is philosophy upon which the company was founded and it still rings true at KeyBridge today.
While remaining intensely focused on our vision “to be the industry leader in the satisfaction of employees, clients and patients”, KeyBridge has successfully grown into a modern technologically advanced revenue cycle management company with innovative management systems, engineered processes and scientifically-developed communication skills.
In 1999, Revenue Management Group, Inc. (RMG) was formed from a former division of General Audit that provides early-out collection and business process outsourcing services to the healthcare industry. In May 2008, General Audit and RMG joined forces to market under the single trade name of KeyBridge Medical Revenue Management (KeyBridge). In 2014, we launched a new trade name, KeyBridge Medical Revenue Care, to better reflect our focus and dedication to caring for patients, employees and clients.
