Our Management Team

Scott G. Koenig – President

After advancing to the position of President over a decade ago, Scott Koenig has led KeyBridge Medical Revenue Management to a new level of excellence by focusing on the best technology, innovative management systems and communication skills development.

Prior to KeyBridge, Koenig spent a decade as an engineer in the aerospace industry. As a Senior Specialist Engineer at Boeing, he performed design and flight test engineering on Air Force One and the International Space Station, attaining high-tech experience and skills.

Koenig is a past President and Board member of both the Ohio Receivables Management Association (ORMA) and the Medical Dental Hospital Business Associates (MDHBA). He has also earned the Certified Professional Business Executive certification from the MDHBA.

Brandon J. Lee – VP, Information Technology

A member of KeyBridge management team since 1997, Brandon Lee is responsible for developing and maintaining the most efficient and effective information management systems at KeyBridge. His unique skills and abilities allow KeyBridge to provide and exchange information with any client, regardless of the software in use.

Lee previously worked for his alma mater, the University of Northwestern Ohio, developing their online virtual college. He holds degrees in both accounting and computer technologies.

Cori A. Guagenti – VP, Sales and Marketing

Cori Guagenti brings over 20 years of experience in health care revenue management, sales and marketing to KeyBridge.  As VP, Sales and Marketing, Guagenti’s cross-functional expertise is an asset when building long-term relationships with current and prospective clients.

Guagenti is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.  She is also actively involved with the Lima Chamber of Commerce.

Guagenti earned her degree from the College of St. Catherine (MN) with a focus on Communication/Organizational Leadership and Marketing.

David G. Morrisey – VP, Collection Operations & Client Relations

With over 30 years of experience in healthcare and management training, David Morrisey uses his expertise in human motivational techniques and process design to maximize production results as VP, Collection Operations and Client Relations at KeyBridge. Responsible for the majority of KeyBridge’s communication, he has taught hundreds of seminars and courses around the country on the subjects of effective communication skills and the keys to motivation.

Morrisey is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the Orthopedic Managers Association, the Michigan Patient Accounting Association and the Michigan Association of Healthcare Access Professionals. He has also earned Certified Professional Business Executive (CPBE) certification from the Medical Dental Hospital Business Associates (MDHBA).

Morrisey has studied in the areas of engineering and management at Ohio State University, Eastern Kentucky University and Lima Technical College.

Mary A. Lee – Director, Administrative Services

As one of the first individuals to join the team in 1981, Mary Lee’s leadership role with KeyBridge involves supervising all administrative support activities, including data processing, client support, accounting and pre-legal coordination. Lee’s aptitude and commitment to the company’s mission have enabled her to guide the way in implementing efficient work flows and processes that allow for the best in customer service.

Through the years, Lee has continuously updated her expertise by training on subjects such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as well as numerous other collection-related programs.

Toby W. Dick – Director, Collection Operations & Compliance

With over a decade of experience at KeyBridge, Toby Dick has demonstrated his leadership skills by serving in a variety of roles. In his current position, his responsibilities include the day-to-day coordination and operation of collection activity for both the post-charge-off and business process outsourcing business groups. He also handles the strategic implementation of contact and account management technologies that maintain KeyBridge as an industry leader for Healthcare Accounts Receivable Management.

Holding completed certifications from both ACA International and the Medical Dental Hospital Business Associates (MDHBA), Dick is a recent graduate of the Allen-Lima Leadership Program. Prior to that, Dick earned a degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Northwestern Ohio.

Anji Thiess – Client Relations & Integration Manager

Joining the KeyBridge Team in 2007 as head of the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) processing group, Anji Thiess now acts as Client Relations and Integration Manager. With an extensive background in quality assurance, Thiess works to ensure that new clients’ transition to KeyBridge is seamless and efficient. A member of the American Society for Quality since 2001, she also monitors current client processes for quality and effectiveness.

With training that includes the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Thiess has attained collector certifications from ACA International and the Medical Dental Hospital Business Associates (MDHBA).

Our Sales Team

Betty May – Account Executive

Drawing on an extensive financial background, Betty May joined KeyBridge in 1989 as an Account Executive, focusing on sales and client services. May spends her time advising current and prospective medical clients within the state of Ohio on accounts receivable management and makes recommendations to increase their bottom line.

She is a member of Central Ohio Patient Account Managers, Ohio Medical Group Management Association, as well as Healthcare Financial Management Association’s Northwest and Central Ohio chapters.

Jeff Osborne – Account Executive

Jeff Osborne joined KeyBridge in 2011, and leads sales and client relations for the Indiana marketplace. With a background in business development and account management, Osborne is responsible for growing KeyBridge’s recent expansion into Indiana. His additional job duties include advising current and prospective medical clients on revenue management practice and providing council on how to increase their bottom line.

An Indiana University graduate, Osborne received degrees in both Business Administration and Pre-Dental.
