Scott Koenig

President

After advancing to the position of President over a decade ago, Scott Koenig has led KeyBridge Medical Revenue Care to a new level of excellence by focusing on the best technology, innovative management systems and communication skills development.

Prior to KeyBridge, Koenig spent a decade as an engineer in the aerospace industry. As a Senior Specialist Engineer at Boeing, he performed design and flight test engineering on Air Force One and the International Space Station, attaining high-tech experience and skills.

Koenig is a past President and Board member of both the Ohio Receivables Management Association (ORMA) and the Medical Dental Hospital Business Associates (MDHBA). He has also earned the Certified Professional Business Executive certification from the MDHBA.

Brandon Lee

VP, Operations

A member of KeyBridge management team since 1997, Brandon Lee has demonstrated his leadership skills first as the VP, Information Technology and now as VP, Operations. In his current position, Brandon uses his expertise to maximize production results and ensure we continue to treat patients as valuable customers for our clients.

Lee previously worked for his alma mater, the University of Northwestern Ohio, developing their online virtual college. He holds degrees in both accounting and computer technologies.

Brian Garver

VP, Sales and Marketing

Brian Garver brings over 20 years of sales/marketing leadership and experience to KeyBridge. As VP of Sales and Marketing, Garver’s seasoned, cross-functional expertise is a critical asset when building long-term, results driven partnerships with both current and prospective clients.

Garver is a 2005 graduate of Allen-Lima Leadership (ALL) as well as an active member of the Medical Group Management Association and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Mary Lee

Director, Administrative Services

As one of the first individuals to join the team in 1981, Mary Lee’s leadership role with KeyBridge encompasses administrative, human resource, and accounting functions. Lee’s aptitude and commitment to the company’s mission have enabled her to guide the way in identifying continuous improvement projects to increase departmental quality and efficiencies allowing for the best in customer service.

Through the years, Lee has continuously updated her expertise by training on subjects such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as well as numerous other collection-related programs.

With over 27 years of call center management and collections experience, Tami will focus on improving production efficiencies and results for our clients while continuing KeyBridge’s unending commitment to providing a great patient experience.

Anji Thiess

Client & Operational Support Manager

Joining the KeyBridge Team in 2007 as the head of our Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) processing group, Anji Thiess now holds the position of Client and Operational Support Manager. Thiess and her team coordinate closely with our sales team to ensure that a new clients’ transition to KeyBridge is seamless and efficient during the Integration process. Skilled team members and systems in her department monitor incoming business and reporting features. She coordinates our Client Services team who diligently support our client’s needs when they are fully integrated into the KeyBridge process. With an extensive background in quality assurance, she has been a member of the American Society for Quality since 2001. Her team monitors current client processes for quality and effectiveness and completes many functions that support our clients as well as our production team allowing for high quality efficient follow up with our clients & their consumers.

With training that includes the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Thiess has attained collector certifications from ACA International and the Medical Dental Hospital Business Associates (MDHBA).

Brad Stephens

Operations and Compliance Manager

With a decade of experience at KeyBridge, Brad Stephens has demonstrated his leadership skills by serving in a variety of roles. In his current position, his responsibilities include the day-to-day coordination and operation of collection activity for the early-out and bad debt recovery divisions and the oversight of collection accounts outsourced to legal. He also handles the research and documentation of all local, state and federal laws to ensure regulatory compliance as well as communicate and educate the entire organization on compliance issues.

Stephens is fluent in FDCPA, TCPA and CFBP rules and regulations and holds certifications from both ACA International and the Medical Dental Hospital Business Associates (MDHBA). Stephens earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Northwestern Ohio.

Luke Ralston

Information Technology Manager

Joining the KeyBridge team in 2007, Luke Ralston serves as Information Technology Manager. Luke is responsible for developing and maintaining the most efficient and effective information management systems at KeyBridge. His unique skills and abilities allow KeyBridge to provide and exchange information with any client, regardless of the software in use.

Ralston earned his degree in Computer Networking from the James A Rhodes State College and is certified by Noble Systems to develop and maintain software for our in-house call center.

Kathi Geiger

Regional Director of Business Development

Kathi Geiger brought more than 20 years of health care sales and administration experience to KeyBridge when she joined us in October 2012. As part of her role as Account Executive, she manages KeyBridge’s presence in Indiana and Illinois; aiding hospitals and group medical practices with their healthcare revenue management needs.

Kathi is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA); currently serving on the networking committee for the Indiana Pressler Memorial chapter of HFMA.

Patrick McKenna

Regional Director of Business Development

In April of 2016, Patrick McKenna joined KeyBridge bringing his 20 years of healthcare experience to the Account Executive role. With a broad background in sales and operations, his knowledge of EHR, PMS, RCM and practice/physician management will be a tremendous asset to his clients in PA, WV and NE OH and he works with them to maximize their patient revenue. Patrick is a member of the HFMA and MGMA.

Randy is a member of Central Ohio Patient Account Managers (COPAM), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the Ohio Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
