Our Management Team
Scott G. Koenig – President

After advancing to the position of President of the original entity, General Audit Corporation, over a decade ago, Scott Koenig has led the transformed KeyBridge Medical Revenue Management to a new level of excellence by implementing a proven formula that focuses on the best technology, innovative management systems and communication skills development.
Prior to his days at KeyBridge, Koenig spent a decade as an engineer in the aerospace industry. As a Senior Specialist Engineer at Boeing, he performed payload systems design and flight test engineering on Air Force One and flight crew systems design on the International Space Station. The experience and skills he attained in this high-tech environment have been utilized at KeyBridge to spur major improvements in efficiency, communications, systems integration and quality.
After returning to KeyBridge to enable further performance enhancement and expansion, Koenig quickly achieved a leadership role within the industry. He is a past President and current Board member of the Ohio Receivables Management Association (ORMA), the state unit of ACA International, which is the largest trade association in the industry. Koenig also has earned honors as past President and current Board member of the Medical Dental Hospital Business Associates (MDHBA), a national trade association for firms specializing in healthcare accounts receivable management. He has also earned the Certified Professional Business Executive certification from the MDHBA.
Brandon J. Lee – VP, Information Technology

The responsibility for developing and maintaining the most efficient and effective information management systems at KeyBridge belongs to Brandon Lee. Through the programming and development of custom applications, interfaces, and reporting mechanisms, Mr. Lee makes it possible for KeyBridge to provide and exchange information with any client, regardless of the software in use. These technological advances also allow for the real-time customer support that is the hallmark of our service. His other responsibilities include network and server maintenance, communications telephony, predictive dialing systems, website development, data integrity and security, database management, application of our proprietary scoring system and disaster recovery. In addition, his department provides technical training for the KeyBridge staff, as well as clients.
Following his graduation from the University of Northwestern Ohio with degrees in accounting and computer technologies, Brandon first went to work for the university where he obtained his education to develop their online virtual college. He became a member of the KeyBridge management team in 1997. His unique skills and abilities allow KeyBridge to be the technology leader in the collection industry. Few other companies can offer the same levels of expertise and service.
David G. Morrisey – Director of Development

Relying on over 30 years of experience in healthcare and management training, David Morrisey has used his expertise in human motivational techniques and process design to maximize production results at KeyBridge. A talented speaker and motivator, Morrisey has also taught hundreds of seminars and courses around the country on the subjects of effective communication skills and the keys to motivation.
With studies in the areas of engineering and management at Ohio State University, Eastern Kentucky University and Lima Technical College, Morrisey has bolstered his education with the Certified Professional Business Executive (CPBE) certification from the Medical Dental Hospital Business Associates (MDHBA). He is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the Orthopedic Managers Association, the Michigan Patient Accounting Association and the Michigan Association of Healthcare Access Professionals.
Mary A. Lee – Director of Administrative Services

As one of the first individuals to join the team in 1981, Mary Lee's leadership role with KeyBridge involves supervising all administrative support activities, including data processing, client support, accounting and pre-legal coordination. Lee's aptitude and commitment to the company's mission have enabled her to guide the way in implementing efficient work flows and processes that allow for the best in customer service.
Through the years, Lee has continuously updated her expertise by training on subjects such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as well as numerous other collection-related programs.
Toby W. Dick – Director of Collection Operations

With over a decade of experience at KeyBridge, Toby Dick has demonstrated his leadership skills by serving in a variety of roles and responsibilities that have earned him a spot on the executive team. In his current position, his responsibilities include the day-to-day coordination and operation of collection activity for both the post-charge-off and business process outsourcing business groups. He also handles the strategic implementation of contact and account management technologies that maintain KeyBridge as an industry leader in results.
Mr. Dick earned a degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Northwestern Ohio and has completed collector certifications from both ACA International and the Medical Dental Hospital Business Associates (MDHBA). He is also a recent graduate of the Allen-Lima Leadership Program.
Anji Thiess – Client Integration & Quality Manager

As the Client Integration & Quality Manager, Anji Thiess works to ensure that new clients' transition to KeyBridge is seamless and efficient. With an extensive background in quality assurance, specifically in the plastics industry, Anji Thiess joined the KeyBridge Team in 2007 as head of the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) processing group. A member of the American Society for Quality since 2001, Anji also monitors current client processes for quality & effectiveness.
Mrs. Thiess has obtained training in areas such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Anji has attained collector certifications from ACA International & the Medical Dental Hospital Business Associates (MDHBA).
Our Sales Team
Betty May – Account Executive

With an extensive financial background, Betty May joined KeyBridge in 1989 as an Account Executive focusing on sales and client services. With constant changes in the collection industry, Betty spends her time advising current and prospective medical clients within the state of Ohio in accounts receivable management with recommendations to increase their bottom line.
Betty is a member of Central Ohio Patient Account Managers, Ohio Medical Group Management Association, as well as Healthcare Financial Management Association's Northwest and Central Ohio chapters.
Krista G. Stock – Account Executive

Krista Stock, MHA, CMPE joined KeyBridge Medical Revenue Management in April 2008 as Account Executive. Krista has over 15 years of experience in health care management. She most recently held the top non-physician executive position of Practice Administrator for over ten years for a cardiology medical group practice in Columbus, Ohio.
Ms. Stock holds a business administration degree from Ohio University where she majored in finance and health care management. She received her Master of Health Administration degree from The Ohio State University.
She is a Certified Medical Practice Executive through the American College of Medical Practice Executives where she has been a member since 1999. She is also a member of the Medical Group Management Association and has been for over 10 years. She has served as President for the boards of Central Ohio Medical Managers Association and Ohio Medical Group Management Association where she continues to serve in a committee leadership position. She has also served on advisory boards and committees for the Ohio State Medical Association, American Heart Association, Access HealthColumbus, and Grandview Heights City Schools.
Krista resides in Upper Arlington, Ohio with her husband and two children.
Jo Barbauld – Account Executive

As an account executive, Jo‘s career has focused on revenue cycles processes. Jo's experience includes serving hospitals and physician groups to improve the capture, recognition and reimbursement of revenue through assessment and services. Her specialties include revenue enhancement in areas of registration, billing, account receivables management, point of service collection and bad debt management.
Jo continues to serve the industry through professional organizations, which include Membership Chairmen of the Michigan Patient Accounting Association (MPAA), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the Michigan Medical Group Management Association (MMGMA).
